Why Android-only at launch?
Vinifera ships on Android first because that's where most field crews already are. iOS is on the roadmap. Subscriptions will run through the native store on each platform.
Does it really work without cell signal?
Yes. Capture is local-first — notes, photos, voice memos, and applications save to the device immediately. The app syncs in the background when connectivity returns; last-write-wins on the rare conflict.
Are REI and PHI checks always free?
Yes. Safety-critical features — re-entry interval tracking, pre-harvest interval, and the harvest-block check — are unconditionally on for every tier. Compliance is not a paywall.
What about my older records on the Free tier?
Free-tier records older than 30 days are hidden from view, never deleted. Upgrading to Pro or Business restores full visibility immediately.
How do refunds work?
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so refunds are issued through the Google Play account orders page. We honor Google's refund policy and respond to revoked subscriptions immediately.
Will my data be exportable?
Yes. Pro and Business plans export every dataset to CSV — spray records, harvest events, weather summaries, scouting history, audit logs. Your data is yours.
